Mass Effect Andromeda story details
Aaryn Flynn, General Manager of Bioware, told us more about their stunning sci-fi RPG. The game takes place after the events of Mass Effect 3. You are on a mission to save humanity once again, this time by leaving the Milky Way and traveling to the nearest galaxy Andromeda. There you will encounter new species, planets, technologies and hopefully find a new home for humans. “This is a galaxy where you are the alien” Flynn said, making it seem like this new galaxy will alienate the humans whereas humans alienated everyone else in the original Mass Effect trilogy. Mass Effect Andromeda is set to release in Q1 2017 so, for now, check out the new trailer below!
EA Originals program announced, first project titled Fe
After the success EA had last year teaming up with Coldwood Studios to publish Unravel EA has decided to go all in on the indie game front. They announced a new program called EA Originals which will give small games from small studios a further reach through EA.
“We are committed to working with small developers, finding great new games and giving all of you a chance to discover their magic.”- Patrick Söderlund, Executive VP of EA
The first EA Original is Fe, an adorable third person exploration game from Zoink Games in Sweden. In Fe players awake as a small cub in the forest, separated from their kind. By using sounds and songs you can communicate with the forest to try and find a way out. But you have to look out for the silence, an evil force seeking to eliminate all of the music and sounds the forest makes. Check out the reveal trailer for Fe below.
